Returns & Exchange Policies
We understand that there may be occasions where you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 7 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. If you would like to return your products you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. We receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of delivery of the product. The returned product should be unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Contact lens vials packs must not be opened.
Damaged Products during Delivery
If any product were damaged during delivery please contact us to report the damage within 7 working days. If the products are clearly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Products should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs.
Faulty Products on Arrival
If your products are faulty on arrival, you have 7 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Product should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Upon receipt we will verify the fault and issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned product, and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the product to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Once received, we can process your return within 5 working days and will confirm the outcome of the return by e-mail as soon as possible. If a refund is to take place, you should see this transaction on your statement in no more than 5 working days. If an exchange is to take place, you will be made aware of the shipping date/estimated arrival of your new goods by e-mail. Mystery Lenses reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 7 days of grace period. Other than product defection complaints will be handled as per case basis.
